Like 90% of the Microsoft victums I recently purchased a wireless ergonomic keyboard & mouse. It took me few minutes to type lasrt few words. it doesn't as you can see on the end of last sentence. I'm trying now connecting my receiver to USB 3.0, maybe since I have no USB 1.0 it will work fine on USB 3.0 COntrollwe. My PC: Intel i7 3.2Ghz, 8GB DDR3, Asus MB, 2x Asus Video Card with nvidia GTX460. Microsoft Windows 7, that'sw something that should be taken care of. I can deal with it in case of logitech keyboard, but Microsoft keyboard not compatible with Bottom line, hardware is good since it works with Windows XP, problem seems to be with Windows 7 drivers. I can't try USB 1 port, because I don't have it on either PC. Changiong settings, different USB ports etc. I have all the latest drivers from microsoft and from logitech, and problem persist. Keyboard freezes for few seconds when typing (loosing letters) or it repeats same letter few times, or there is a few secondsĭelay between me hitting key and text showing up. I have Microsoft Wireless Keyboard 6000 V3.0 and Logitech Wave wireless Keyboard and mouse.īoth sets work great with my old PC running Windows XP and both sets have similar issues on new PC with Windows & 64 bit. Well, maybe logitech worked for you, but I have 2 PCc's, one brand new top of the line custom built with Windows 7 64 bit and other old lenovo with Windows XP. I know that wont happen but it never hurts to ask. Maybe, just maybe I would come back-but its gonna take a lot to get me loyal again, with say a free (YES GRATIS) Wireless keyboard and mouse combo 7000 sent to my home address. I have other things to do, like start pushing and selling Logitech to my customers! Your Microsoft! COME ON, THIS IS THE BEST YOU CAN DO? My wireless 6000 v.3 is enjoying its life at the local goodwill. You should have supported me and given a fix, but no, you only offer links and downloads you know dont work. Logitech out of the box woks better and feels a little better too! The wireless wave I finally found the fix you have all been waiting for & possibly to hear.įunny how that little change made all the difference.Sorry Microsoft( actually I'm not, really) I am no longer ever going to purchase or recommend your hardware again. Industry so what people see me use matters as that is what I normally sell once customers ask me why I chose what I did. I have always been a Microsoft hardware guy, mice, keyboards, webcams etc. So I had the same problems with the Microsoft Wireless keyboard and mouse 6000 v.3 Tried all the recommendations & fixes.
